Key Requirements: ● Advanced Communication System: ○ Public address announcements ○ In-class amplification ○ Media capabilities ● Wearable Panic Buttons: ○ Dual-button functionality: One button to call campus office and the other button to call EMS. ○ Wearable devices must not connect via infrared, only via DECT or newer wireless technologies ○ Wearable devices must be able to be identified through campus common areas as well as classrooms, users must be identifiable any location
