3.1 From the date of award of the contract, vendor shall be responsible for scheduling a kickoff meeting at the time the contract is executed. At the kickoff meeting, all Contractor and University representatives conducting the work included in this scope should be in attendance, and vendor shall present the project timeline and process 3.2 General: Provide complete production, filming, and editing of at least two 30-second advertisements for both television and radio. Filming for the ads will take place in the Triangle region, on sites that are yet to be determined. The vendor must have the necessary recording equipment for recording in both an indoor and outdoor setting. 3.3 Additional Requirements: The television ads will be filmed outdoors in locations featuring electric vehicle charging stations around the Triangle during the winter months of 2024/2025. Aerial drone footage is acceptable for outdoor filming but must be discussed in advance with NCCETC. 3.3.1 The footage from the production shoot will be used to create one television PSA and one radio PSA attributed to NCCETC and the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters. In addition, a version of each ad where the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters is not attributed will be developed. It is expected that the audio from the radio and TV PSAs may be largely the same though minor changes may be needed. 3.3.2 NCCETC shall provide ideas for a script with the vendor assisting in creating the final script. The vendor shall be responsible for hiring and directing actors including voice actors.
