The District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Firms to provide a vendor-hosted, web-based, interactive Nutrition Point of Sale Software System (POS) solution (the “Solution”) for all 101 District school locations. In addition to the Solution, Firms must also provide such modules as are necessary to enable the Solution to meet the District’s performance requirements stated in this RFP for all District schools as required by the Product Specifications in the RFP Documents (the “Modules,” and together with the Solution, sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Platform”). The Platform shall be delivered and installed at the District’s schools and central office as specified by this RFP. The Firm selected to provide the Platform to the District shall enter into a contract with the District for the provision and installation thereof and for any related products or services contemplated by this RFP.
