• City of Henderson facilities to be responsible for disconnecting the electrical from the existing AHUs and cooling tower • Disconnect piping • Recover refrigerant from the two AHUs • Demo existing AHUs and electric duct heaters and dispose • Remove existing supply, return and outside air duct to allow for installation of the new AHUs • Furnish and install (2) two new AHUs with hot water and chilled water coil • Fabricate and install new duct and fittings as required to connect the new AHUs to the existing supply, return, and outside air ducts • City of Henderson facilities to run electrical to the new AHUs • Furnish and install new digital controls for new AHUs • Run communication bus from each AHU to the new supervisory controller • Furnish and install (2) two hot water boilers for hot water reheat • Furnish and install hot water piping from boilers to the new AHUs • Furnish and install venting for the new boilers • City of Henderson to run natural gas piping to the new boilers • City of Henderson to run electrical to the new boilers • Connect the new boilers to the existing controls system • Furnish and install new air-cooled chiller • City of Henderson to run electrical to the new air-cooled chiller • Furnish and install chilled water piping from the new chiller to the new AHUs • Furnish and install insulation on new chilled water and hot water piping as necessary • Run communication bus from chiller to new supervisory controller • Start-up equipment and check operations • Provide air test and balance
