The Town of Queen Creek owns HPEC and would like to enter into a ground lease for development of a restaurant on-site to strategically advance the service levels at HPEC and provide a muchneeded amenity to the community. This solicitation is intended to diversify the economic base at HPEC, while leveraging favorable market conditions. Queen Creek is offering a Site (shown in Exhibit A) at HPEC for a ground lease and development. The intent is to select one or more teams with the vision, experience, financial strength and capacity to develop and operate high-quality restaurant that will complement the existing buildings on site and enhance HPEC.
