ITEM 02. 4’x100’ PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE – PROCUREMENT & DELIVERY - This bid item includes the procurement, shop drawings, fabrication, and delivery of a 4’x100’ pony truss pedestrian bridge. Payment for this bid item will be paid as a lump sum item. ITEM 03. ENGINEERING DESIGN - This bid item shall include, but not be limited to, procurement and/or contracting of: geotechnical investigation services for the abutment locations to determine design criteria for the planning, subsurface preparation, and installation of bridge abutments; development and distribution of geotechnical report; abutment design based on report; and the procurement of a floodplain development permit. Payment for this bid item will be paid as a lump sum item. ITEM 04. EROSION CONTROL This bid item shall include, but not be limited to, all work to research and obtain (if deemed necessary) any and all necessary permits; to handle all necessary work to handle runoff onsite including any small ponds, waddles, silt fence, or etc., that the Contractor uses at their own discretion and to meet or exceed the standards of any storm-water and/or GESC BMPs. Payment for this bid item will be paid as a lump sum item.
