Floor Care For the Period 12/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Floor Care to include: provide equipment, labor and supplies to strip and wax VCT flooring twice per year, includes removing and replacing furniture, once during the months of Dec and once during the months of Apr - Jun - exact dates to be determined. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (furniture move/replace, square footage, etc), a site visit is REQUIRED. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit is scheduled for 12/12/24 at 10 am.
