● Labor, Equipment, and materials for replacing three rooftop units, Carrier 48hje006g--641hq or the acceptable equivalent. ● New units will have the same heating and cooling capacity as the original. ● Operate on the same voltage and the same or less amperage. ● New units will have flue exhaust kits to prevent the recirculation of flue gas. ● Existing electrical power, gas lines, and ductwork may be reused as possible. ● The contractor will be responsible for: ● * Proper removal and disposal of the existing unit. ● * All crane, lifting, and rigging to remove the existing unit and install a new unit. ● * Any ductwork, electrical, control, or piping modifications to install the new unit ● * Any condensate drain modifications ● * Roof curbs as needed, repairing any roof damage caused by this work. ● * Properly sealing the new unit to existing duct work. ● Warranty * One (1) Year Warranty on the Complete Unit * Five (5) Year Warranty - Compressors * Ten (10) Year Warranty - Aluminized Steel Tubular Heat Exchangers
