Contractor shall be responsible to provide photography services at the following sites according to the information listed below: • Schools require photography services for Individual Student and Staff Photos and Classroom Composites from September through October. Retakes may extend into November with the approval of the building principal. Picture Day and Retake Day(s) shall be scheduled by each building principal or their designee by June 1st of the previous school year. • Photos, including electronic/digital, will be provided to families/schools no later than thirty days after Picture Day and Retake Day. • Every student will be photographed for school records regardless of purchase. • All Individual Student and Staff Photos will use a standard/traditional background for school records. • Contractor (photographers) must maintain professional and appropriate conduct at all times. Contractor (photographers) must respect and not discriminate on the basis of age, citizenship, color, disability, gender expression, gender identity, national origin, language, parental or marital status, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status. Contractor (photographers) must accommodate the needs of students with disabilities. By upholding these expectations, photography contractors can contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of students. • A local representative must be assigned to Corvallis School District Elementary Schools. The representative should be involved in the scheduling, processing, and ordering. The District reserves the right to request different representatives and photographers. • Contractor must provide announcement flyers for each school with the Picture Day date(s) specified for students to take home. Contractor must provide order forms/envelopes that details available picture package options and related pricing. Flyers/Order Forms are to be delivered to each respective school at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled picture date. Flyers/Order Form shall be available in both English and Spanish
