Duties include: Opening and closing cemeteries annually. Blow-down and limb removal. Minor brush trimming and disposal. Trash removal. Overseeing and coordinating the layout of graves with the Cemetery Sexton. Provide for the operation, upkeep and repair of all equipment necessary for the mowing, trimming, lawn care, and the opening/closing of grave sites. Spring clean-up, including raking and debris removal; debris shall be transported to the Rangeley Transfer Station by the contractor. Fall clean-up, including removal of grave decorations and debris removal; debris shall be transported to the Rangeley Transfer Station by the contractor. Grave opening and closing including proper loam application, grading, seeding, and erosion control. (Materials to be provided by the Town). *All associated interment fees will be remitted to the Town of Rangeley. Straighten, plumb, and level to the greatest extent practicable any stones that may need adjustment.
