DAILY DUTIES Conference Rooms - Empty all trach receptacles and replace liners as necessary. All trash must be placed in the outside trash container. - Vacuum all carpeted traffic lane areas. - Dust and spot clean all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and accessories. Kitchen and Break Room - Sweep and mop. - Clean all cabinets, appliances (including coffee maker and coffee pot, make sure it is powered off and sink surface. - Wipe down all tables and seating. - Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary. All trash must be placed in the outside trash container. - Spot clean all walls, light switches, and doors. Lobby and Entrance Area - Damp mop the entire area. - Dust mop all hard surface floors with treated dust mop. - Vacuum walk-off mats. - Clean both sides of all glass doors. - Using approved spot cleaner, spot clean carpeted areas (as needed). - Dust low and high areas. - Mop all stains and spills. - Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as required. All trash must be placed in the outside trash container. Corridor Areas - Dust all high and low areas including woodwork, furniture, window ledges, etc. - Fully vacuum carpet from wall to wall.
