The City of East Orange seeks Qualification Statements/Proposals form Respondents that have expertise in the provision of services of a Budget Consultant. The services requested include but are not limited to the following: • The City of East Orange City Council seeks a qualified firm/individual to review, analyze and provide guidance on the Calendar Year 2025 Municipal Budget. • The successful respondent will be required to meet with City Council members, • Attend City Council budget hearing meetings, • Meet with Administration as necessary, • Attend all City Council meetings where formal action on the budget is scheduled, • And to provide relevant reports as requested by a majority of the City Council. The term of the contract between the City of East Orange and the successful Respondent will be one (1) year.
