Provide consultation in regard to processes that requires expertise in Behavioral Health financing and interventions, including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) expertise. 3. Consultation specializing in transformational change to prepare physical and specialty healthcare providers for the dynamic new measurement-based service delivery model that is essential to support the valuebased healthcare funding marketplace. 4. Generate customizable tools, calculators, policies, etc. 5. Implement System changes that may assist with reduced staff time on client intakes, same day diagnostic assessments, reduced wait times to first clinical follow-up. 6. Collaborate with department teams throughout change process and help generate the appropriate work product to address staff challenges.
