Notice is hereby given that Transylvania County in partner with Transylvania County Schools is soliciting a qualified architectural firm or firms to provide architectural design, engineering, and contract administration services to complete renovation projects for Transylvania County Schools. The project consists of four (4) different project scopes of work and will apply to eight (8) different facilities. Some renovations will need to be completed in a phase cycle. In addition to providing contract administration services, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and state requirements. Candidate/s must have clear understanding of working with deferred maintenance, renovation and restoration, local government, and school systems., North Carolina.
