1. Weekly Residential Services are to include: a. Weekly curbside collection and disposal of residential solid waste; b. Every other week curbside collection and processing of recyclables (Note: the City is asking for a weekly rate in the proposal as an option). c. Green Waste collection weekly from March 1 st to November 30th, with the same container being available for solid waste use from December 1st to February 28th (29th). d. Collection and disposal of refuse and recycling from all City facilities, including but not limited to City Hall, City Shops, and 4 parks, including extra collections within 24-hour notice. 2. 40-Yard Dumpsters (City pays tipping fees charged for disposal) a. Provide two (2) 40-yard roll-off containers as requested, collection, and disposal of bulk refuse dropped off at the City Shops (located at 2287 South 1200 West). These containers are used for the monthly Waste Disposal Saturday (typically the 2 nd Saturday) in March, May, June, July, August, September and November. b. Roll-off Dumpster Rental – From April 1 st and October 31st , deliver a single 40- yard roll-off dumpster to a home and pick up 3 to 4 days later for maximum of two drops per week. c. Clean Up Week – 3 rd Week in April and the 2nd week in October, provide six (6) 40-yard dumpsters at the Public Works facility where citizens drop off large items (couches, washers, dryers, yard waste, etc.) that do not fit in residential containers. These containers are typically emptied twice during each cleanup week. d. Day of Service – If needed, the contractor will make available four (4) 40-yard roll-off dumpsters at various locations for DOS activities...
