The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following. I. Remove the existing swamp cooler unit and curbing. II. Clean all existing ducting supply and return lines. III. Furnish and install new thermostats and controls per the plans and specifications and the approved submittal by Engineer of Record (EOR) or the county’s Project Manager (PM). IV. (TAB) Testing, Adjusting, and balancing the new system. V. Furnish and install the new rooftop unit and curb per the plans and specifications and the approved submittal by EOR or the county’s PM. VI. Wire new rooftop unit as required by the manufacturer. VII. Crane Services and FAA Permit VIII.Attend coordination meetings as required. IX. Coordinate Inspections per the Permit card and schedule through online X. Provide Pre and Post Construction and Demolition (C&D) Report XI. Provide Closeout Documents, including start-up and operations manuals, testing reports, redlines, and Warranty. I. General Information for HVAC Equipment I.
