The project entails the surface preparation and repainting of all exterior wood/Azek including trim, doors, windows not covered with storm panels, stair risers, and louvers. All surfaces currently painted red shall be repainted in a shade of red and all surfaces currently painted off-white shall be repainted in a shade of off-white. Final shade of colors to be used shall be approved by the Searles School and Chapel Board of Trustees. In addition, the exterior of the 4 storm panels on the third floor of the tower shall be primed and painted off-white, and the bulkhead, basement window bars, Lally columns under rear stairs and rear stair handrails shall be painted black. All storm panels covering windows shall remain in place and surfaces behind them will not be painted. Exterior stucco will not be painted.
