To result in a contract between the successful Vendor and Wichita County the Vendor will meet the following objectives: 1. January 2025 (Winter HVAC Maintenance) will consist of changing all filters, inspect heat cycle on each Roof Top Unit (RTU) and check operations of each RTU. 2. April 2025 (Spring HVAC Maintenance) will consist of changing all filters, cleaning condenser coils, check air flow, clean drains, check amp draw, inspect electrical connections, check belts (replace if necessary at additional cost), inspect evaporator coils, oil all motors, check motor bearings, check supply and return air temperature, check thermostat and reset counter, test operations of each RTU unit. 3. July 2025 (Summer HVAC Maintenance) will consist of replacing filters, inspect cooling cycle on each RTU and check operations of each RTU. 4. October 2025 (Fall HVAC Maintenance) will consist of replacing filters, check gas pressure, check venting, check burners, inspect heat exchanger, check for dangerous levels of carbon monoxide, test safeties, inspect hot surface igniter, check all electrical connections, check amp draw and bearings on each motor, check defrost on heat pumps, check drain lines, check supply temperature, check thermostat on each RTU.
