Project Scope: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and perform all labor necessary to construct the water treatment plant as shown on the Drawings and as specified. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, a new deep well, degasifier, 100,000 gallon clearwell, operations building, bulk chemical storage and feed systems, high service pump station, on-site generator, electrical work and a new SCADA system. The work also includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, preloading of site, settlement monitoring program, site work, yard piping, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, take offs and all other appurtenances required for completion of the work as shown and as specified.
