1. Unit bid shall be SQ3TS System solar-assisted signal trailers (portable traffic signals) with tandem tow capability, (2) signal heads per trailer, all LED lamps, (2) controllers, (1) PTS Programmer, and wireless radio or INDOT approved alternate. 2. Motion sensors-Motion detectors for signal actuation – Price includes 1 sensor. 3. Advanced monitoring system, reports signal location, battery voltage and faults via email and test messages. A single ARM unit can monitor all signals within a system setup. 4. Unit shall include a model specific maintenance and service manual. 5. Awarded supplier shall provide a minimum operational/maintenance training at the district office. 6. The trailer shall utilize a hydraulic sift system to raise and lower the vertical and horizontal mast. Cables lift systems will not be accepted. 7. Each unit shall be capable of operating in a fixed time, traffic actuated or manual mode. Red & green lights shall be capable of being programmed in 1 second intervals. 8. System shall record and log all events and malfunctions. 9. ARMS annual data fees, if required, must be included in the price of bid for minimum of 5 years. 10.
