The Spring Crest Park improvements include: Site preparation; construction staking; earthwork; proof-rolled subgrades and aggregate subbases; storm sewer, and future security system utility rough-in; construction of PCC sidewalk/trail, PCC subbase with integral curbs, PCC beam curbs, and PCC base and footing for future art; manufactured outcropping retaining wall, along with associated earthwork and aggregate subbase work; timber benches, stone block outcropping, and solar pole lights and footings; landscaping includes evergreen trees, deciduous overstory and understory trees, shrubs, seeded lawn, perennial plantings, mulch, planting soils, and watering of landscape areas; bioretention basin with engineered soil and aggregates; sediment and erosion control measures shall be installed and maintained as shown on plans.
