Develop a clear project management structure that identifies key staff to ensure effective project related communication and makes every effort to avoid burdening Washington County staff, participating agencies, and community partners with requests for information and documents. • Identify which Calls to Action are within and which are outside of Washington County government, and participating agencies’, span of control to impact or influence. • Conduct a majority of the evaluation of Calls to Action progress utilizing the County’s and participating agencies’ published documents such as adopted policies, Board of County Commissioner, Board of Directors or City Council meeting materials, published reports, departmental and county strategic plans. • Work with key County staff and additional stakeholders, including participating agencies and community partners, to thoroughly identify necessary documents and plan the comprehensive validation process. • Conduct a validation process of findings with select County staff, the Advisory Council for Racial Equity (ACRE), voluntary participating agencies and other stakeholders as identified. Contractor will provide logistics planning, facilitation and meeting support as needed for the validation process.
