An Avaya Phone System(s), Support Consultant often includes supporting: Auto-attendant (with day/night options) Caller ID Call-forwarding Conferencing Hunt groups Pickup groups DND Call transfer Remote voicemail access Managing call flows Troubleshooting Cabling Voicemail management Programming/Provisioning Maintaining and updating Network Switches and firewalls B. Data Network support The role of a network consultant is responsible for network installation, including hardware, software and cabling. As a network consultant, you must deeply understand the company’s products and how they work together. The Network Support Consultant is responsible for every aspect of our data network, ensuring integration the latest technology to work with other systems. Support Consultant often includes supporting: Installation of hardware and software Cabling Networking programming/provisioning Troubleshooting Maintenance and updates Integrations C. Physical System Support The physical system consultant is responsible for physical security camera programming, coverage, and installation, including hardware and cabling. As a physical network consultant, you must deeply understand the company’s products and how they work together. The consultant is responsible for every aspect of our physical camera systems and platforms, ensuring minimum vulnerabilities by adopting and integrating the latest technology to integrate with other systems as required. Physical Network Consultant often includes supporting: Implementation of security design and blueprints Provide expertise on coverage areas and locations. Provide hardware and licensing to achieve agreed-upon requirements. FOV adjustments Physical Installation Setup and provisioning Cabling and cable management Troubleshooting Integrations with other applications Maintenance and updates
