It is the intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to obtain from interested and qualified Engineering Consultants licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey to provide Water Supply Design and Consulting Services to assist the Engineering Department including, but not limited to, the following - Preparation of bid documents and construction administration for various capital water supply projects including watermain replacement, watermain cleaning and lining and any similar such projects to improve the Township’s water distribution system and water quality. - Preparation of various documents and reports as needed to provide compliance with NJDEP and EPA Clean Water requirements such as Asset Management Plan Updates, potable water applications and responses to Notices of Non-Compliance. - Water system modeling, analysis and evaluations for the determination of future improvements to the township’s distribution system.
