The arborist must have significant experience in providing municipalities with services relating to, but not necessarily limited to: 1. An arborist will review and approve or deny applications for removal of trees in accordance with the Township of Bloomfield ordinance on preservation of trees. 2. Aid the Township in determining what type of trees and where trees should be planted on Township property. 3. Help the Township to determine what trees are dangerous and should be removed. Determine if trees have a disease and what steps can be taken to cure the disease. 4. Provide guidance to property owners as needed concerning the care and maintenance of trees or the planting of new trees. 5. Any other tree related issues. 6. The vendor shall provide monthly billing statements that include a brief statement showing the original amount of the Contract, any increases established by amendment to the Contract, the amount previously billed under the Contract, and the total amount of unbilled funds remaining available under the Contract, and the total amount of unbilled funds remaining available under the Contract after deduction of the most recent amount billed. A copy of each billing statement shall be made available to the State Fiscal Oversight Officer upon request.
