It is the intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain proposals from interested and qualified Open Space Planning and Land Acquisition Consultants licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. The Consultant will be required to provide on call Land Use, Open Space Planning and Land Acquisition services by reviewing open space and land preservation plans, strategies and acquisitions, participating in the negotiation of land purchases and completing necessary due diligence, securing matching funds and coordinating municipal planning, engineering, legal and financial tasks within the Township, and to provide other services on an as needed basis including, but not limited to, preparation of maps, plans and designs.
