Strategic Planning and Goal Development o Guide strategy development with an agile approach, considering the entire student journey and emphasizing empathy-driven and data-informed decisions. o Engage PCC stakeholders in strategy prioritization, focusing on signature academic programs, optimizing program delivery modes (e.g., online, hybrid), and aligning tuition and revenue models. o Establish achievable enrollment and retention goals, with detailed scenario-based projections to address recruitment and retention simultaneously. 3. Implementation Support and Continuous Improvement o Conduct up to eight two-day on-site or virtual consultation sessions for comprehensive guidance on each phase of SEP implementation. o Set up an internal Strategic Enrollment Management Council to ensure sustained progress tracking, data collection, and collaborative decision-making. o Foster an iterative SEP process, ensuring PCC’s enrollment strategies adapt to ongoing feedback, data insights, and changing market dynamics. 4.
