The New Hampshire Department of Justice (hereinafter “the Agency”), Office of Victim/Witness Assistance is legislatively mandated to provide training opportunities to New Hampshire professionals on issues related to victims of crime. The Agency is seeking proposals for the 2025 Partnering for a Future Without Violence conference. This conference will consist of an advanced two-day training and the Agency anticipates approximately 450 professionals including judges, law enforcement officers, attorneys, victim advocates, child protection workers, adult protective workers, treatment providers, medical professionals and educators will attend. The services sought include facility space, parking accommodations, audio-visual equipment and support services, food/beverage and overnight lodging. Facilities located in New Hampshire that are able to accommodate 450 people in one room for plenary and meals, have 7 separate breakouts rooms that accommodate the total attendance for two consecutive dates and have the ability to accommodate or facilitate the accommodation of overnight lodging for attendees as estimated in Part 8 under Overnight Lodging are eligible. All rooms for plenary, meals and breakouts must be located in buildings, with appropriate electricity, heat, plumbing and running water. All buildings and overnight lodgings must be ADA compliant. The consecutive dates must be two consecutive weekdays during the periods identified below and only proposals that include two consecutive weekdays during these periods will be considered.
