The Borough of Roselle is requesting qualifications for Special Counsel Services - Cannabis. a. General Policy Review Provide review and advice regarding the Borough’s cannabis zone regarding compliance with and interpretation of applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations and related operating parameters in the areas of cultivation, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, and delivery. b. Third Party Representation If applicable, provide assistance and advise regarding case presentation and representation of the Borough before third party review and appeal boards for cannabis zone. c. Related Work As requested, prepare and present staff training seminars on specific legal cannabis topics, especially in areas of statutory and regulatory issues etc.
