The Nevada Department of Transportation (DEPARTMENT) has determined that a provision of services is required for developing and implementing post-construction stormwater control measure training, which is necessary for maintaining compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems Permit requirements (PROJECT). In developing the training curriculum, the SERVICE PROVIDER will incorporate the following content: • General introduction to the types and purpose(s) of post-construction stormwater control measures implemented by the DEPARTMENT. • Post-construction stormwater control measure inspection and maintenance procedures/methodologies per manufacturer’s recommendation and/or industry standards where applicable. • Inspection criteria triggering the need for post-construction stormwater control measure maintenance based on manufacturer’s recommendations and/or industry standards where applicable. • Recommended tools and equipment to perform post-construction stormwater control measure inspections and maintenance. • Proper disposal procedures (in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations) for hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials collected from post-construction stormwater control measure maintenance.
