The goal is the transform this corner of the historic route 66 into a vibrant retail, convenience store, community gathering space with modern amenities while retaining the historical significance. The scope of work consists of, complete interior overall with new restrooms and retail space as well as converting the garage space into a museum that will house collectable vehicles.
