re being requested for Phase 4 multi use fields, structures, courts, sports lighting, an irrigation well, irrigation and finish landscaping for 2 new multi-purpose fields, 6 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a bathroom/picnic shelter. The site preparation these improvement’s subgrade is to be provided by others. The field turf establishment, courts construction, building construction, field lighting, court lighting, and site irrigation shall be considered part of the Phase 4 Park Facilities Construction scope. The project includes: 1. Six Doubles Tennis Courts 2. Four Pickleball Courts 3. Two Basketball Courts We seek a firm that is capable of completing this project by October 29th, 2025 in a good and workmanlike manner for full sport court construction at Hampstead Kiwanis Park to include six doubles tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and two basketball courts including but not limited to stone base course, asphalt pavement courses, acrylic court surface coatings, tennis equipment and their related foundations, concrete curb around the court perimeter, fencing.
