The work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: • Mobilizing and demobilizing materials, equipment, and personnel required to complete the Work; • Installing and maintaining construction erosion and sediment control features; • Performing clearing and grubbing activities, taking care to drive equipment only on access driveway; • Concurrently installing and constructing the temporary construction fence around the perimeter of the work area, taking care not to drive equipment on site soil; • Removing utility pole located within the proposed cap area; • Abandonment of the existing septic tank and leach field distribution box in place by excavation with hand tools and filling with flowable fill (septic tank will be emptied prior to start of work); • Construction of stormwater feature including excavation and relocation of topsoil outside of the proposed cap area; • Performing milling of existing asphalt driveway in order to pave entire proposed capped area; • Construction of a pavement cap over areas where PFAS-impacted soils exceed the New Hampshire Direct Contact Risk-Based (DCRB) soil concentrations, including installation of curbing to redirect stormwater run-off and completion of asphalt painting to designate areas fit for vehicular traffic...
