The Putney Park Community Building is new construction. Scope of work includes site work, concrete paving, and site utilities. The building consists of concrete slab over structural fill, conventional wood framed exterior and interior walls, pre-engineered wood roof trusses with wood sheathing and shingles, exterior brick veneer, vinyl windows, exterior metal frames and insulated metal doors. Interior includes metal frames and wood doors, painted gypsum board walls, gypsum board sub-ceiling, suspended acoustic ceilings, LVP flooring, ceramic tile and base, accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage systems and food service equipment. The heated/cooled square footage is 3,309 GSF, total square footage including porches is 3,802 GSF.
