1. Check hydraulic fluid on each machine. If some is added note how much on inspection form provided. Note: Only use that is recommended by the manufactures. _______ 2. Inspect all hydraulic hoses and fittings repair leaks note on inspection form. Note: Be sure to use same pressure hoses and fittings that are being replaced leave defective hose or fittings at site for Landfill Manager. _______ 3. If a hydraulic cylinder needs rebuilding, let Landfill Manager know and how long it will be out of service. Remove, repair and replace. _______ 4. Remove and dispose of all debris under compactor and behind ram. Debris can be placed in hopper. _______ 5. Grease ram guide shoes and channels. _______ 6. Lubricate turnbuckle and ratchet spring be sure handle is clean of lubricant. _______ 7. Inspect all conduit, inspect connections to electrical boxes. If you see any make note on form and Landfill Manager will have it repaired.
