The State / Achievement School District (“ASD”) is seeking to partner with a contractor to support intensive solutions for school turnaround for its existing CMO (IOTA Community Schools). The contractor will support the implementation of a rapid improvement turnaround model which includes: a diagnostic review, analysis of student performance, development of an action plan, monitoring and feedback of plan implementation, development of network-side effective research-based practices, and continued support to monitor progress towards improvement goals and organizational effectiveness. School improvement support will be provided to three (3) schools in the Memphis, TN area: Kirby Middle School, Wooddale Middle School, and Hillcrest High School.
