Administer an HRA for PEBP’s Medicare eligible retiree population; and Provide PEBP’s Medicare retirees and their Medicare eligible dependents nationwide access to fully insured Medicare Advantage (MA and MAPD), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), Medicare Special Needs Plans, and Medigap plans through a Medicare Exchange. The Medicare Exchange vendor must maintain sufficient staff to meet the needs of PEBP and PEBP participants, including but not limited to the following: An account manager, whose primary responsibility is PEBP; Benefit Advisors who are certified in all 50 states; Customer service specialists whose primary responsibility is to manage issues regarding HRA questions, complaints and complex issue escalation. Provide customer service representatives at a dedicated to PEBP toll free number at a minimum from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday (excluding Holidays and days which the vendor is closed for emergencies) to assist participants. Provide a PEBP approved cobranded website that allows participants to access certain information to file claims, including: Provide real-time history of claims submission and payment process Provide reimbursement process management, such as claim reimbursement status Provide account management with transaction history and account balance Provide contributions data (current and historical) Provide education tools
