The Work includes the following major items: a) Mobilize and demobilize the site; provide all required bonds and insurances throughout the duration of the contract. b) Removal of all items specified in the contract documents. c) Roof railings, tank vent, manway gaskets and hardware, conduit mounting brackets, and overflow mesh screen. d) Installation of new internal weir box and associated piping. e) Weld repairs, pit repair plates, and weld scar grinding pit filler, full roof rafter replacement as directed. f) Installation of new tank roof access stairs, railings and landing pad. g) Installation of new chain link fence and fence gate. h) Completely power wash all exterior tank surfaces prior to any blasting operations. i) Provide full containment during exterior paint removal, surface preparation and painting operations, including ground cover to prevent the migration of blasting and painting materials to neighboring properties.
