• Establish a branding concept for the corridor, especially the South Broadway portion. • Create and deploy an inclusive community engagement plan to foster constructive involvement o Include at least 1 community-wide survey or poll. o Include at least 4 in-person visits to the area to meet with stakeholders. • Generate a vision for the corridor and study area • Conduct an operational analysis, including modeling, to evaluate the potential effects of alternative lane configurations and cross-sections • Evaluate the demand and need for public infrastructure improvements such as mobility facilities and open space. This should include an analysis of and recommendations for safety improvements that benefit all users • Produce a land use plan that clearly identifies and shows the desired end state of the corridor • Identify several smaller scale projects, either involving the ROW and/or adjacent land uses, that could be used to quickly and iteratively improve the corridor • Identify the roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders required to fully implement the study’s recommendations
