• Perform baseline-controlled field survey to locate existing topographic features. Field survey shall be sufficient to include probable project limits plus reasonable extensions to show matches to existing conditions. • Develop concept plans for design alternatives. • Identify and obtain all necessary Federal, State and Local permits. • Prepare interim plans. • Prepare final bid documents. • Prepare construction cost estimates. • Provide Bidding services to assist in the administration of the construction bid. Park System will advertise, distribute, and open bids. Consultant shall prepare any necessary Addendums or clarifications in response to questions from potential bidders. Consultant will prepare a bid tabulation, bid evaluation and recommendation of award. • Construction administration services.
