The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the deep well, install a 1,200 gpm vertical turbine well pump, and associated chemical feed buildings as shown in the Drawings and specified herein. Work shall include, but not be limited to, a new deep well and 1,200 gpm vertical turbine well pump, masonry chemical feed building, FRP chemical feed building, chemical feed systems, instrumentation, electrical, and SCADA. Work also includes site work, concrete and asphalt paving, yard piping, fencing, painting, erosion and sediment control measures, NPDES monitoring, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents.
