A. Daily Services must be performed Monday through Friday commencing on the effective date of the initial contract term (except Official State Holidays or any other day state offices are closed such as furlough days or closings in response to inclement weather). 1. Clean and sanitize thoroughly all restrooms that include doors, knobs/latches, mirrors, sinks, commodes, urinals, handicap rails, toilets, lids, and outside surfaces, as well as lobby areas utilizing Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered disinfectant with an antibacterial cleaning agent to prevent the spread of infection and eliminate odors. 2. Spot check walls and doors routinely and spot clean any marks or splashes as needed to maintain clean and neat appearance 3. Clean around switches, dispensers, and receptacles to remove splashes and spots 4. Clean and sanitize, public entry doors, customer service windows and counters in Lobby area. All other interior glass to be spot cleaned to maintain clean appearance, utilizing Windex or equivalent glass cleaner. 5. Clean, sanitize, and polish metal intercoms and pass-through tray at customer service windows 6. Supply all products to include toilet paper, paper towels, seat liners, and hand soap. Maintain extra toilet paper, paper towels, seat liners, metered air fresheners, and liquid soap/hand sanitizers at all times that equate to one (1) week par level 7. Vacuum all carpeted areas using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner, spot cleaning any carpeted areas as needed to maintain a clean appearance 8. Sweep and damp mop all vinyl and ceramic tile floors in office utilizing EPA registered disinfectant with an antibacterial cleaning agent appropriate for vinyl tile floors that will not break down any polishes, waxes, or seals or otherwise damages the vinyl flooring 9. Empty all trash and waste containers and insert fresh can liners for all areas, including but not limited, cubicles, offices, conference rooms, kiosk, breakroom, lobby, administrative area, and restrooms’ feminine product receptacles. Wash and sanitize breakroom trash cans if there are liner leakages. 10. Ensure all trash bags are tied and taken to designated area outside. 11. Clean and sanitize breakroom tables, chairs, and countertops B. Weekly Supplier shall provide the initial weekly cleaning services within seven (7) workdays after the effective date of the contract and within seven (7) days intervals thereafter. Dust and clean all office furniture (employee area and public area), counter surfaces, tabletops, filing cabinets, wall art, clocks, workstations, and customer service walkup windows C. Monthly Supplier shall provide the initial monthly cleaning services within 30 workdays after the effective date of the contract and within 30-day intervals thereafter. 1. Dust air and return vents throughout building 2. Dust all window treatments (i.e., mini blinds) 3. Clean and sanitize all inside windows and glass doors 4. Clean all accessible outside windows and glass doors
