• Provide compactors for both landfill waste and recyclable materials, as well as electrical requirements, in permanent locations as specified by the Owner. Power will be provided by Owner. • Provide temporary dumpsters at the Owner’s request for peak periods of business, or for special projects, threehundred sixty-five (365) days per year, twenty-four (24) hours per day, at no extra charge, provided that the Contractor is given (24) hours’ notice by the Owner. • Empty and return equipment or a suitable replacement in a timely fashion as requested by the Owner. Contractor must be able to provide services 365 days per year, twenty-four (24) hours per day and be able to increase staffing during high-demand periods by request from the Owner. • After discard of waste all equipment must be returned clean to the satisfaction of the Owner. Proposal shall include methods and procedures for cleaning all waste receptacles prior to return to Owner’s site. • Provide maintenance, repairs and general up-keep on all equipment for normal working condition, all of which must be performed in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of the Owner. • Replace any equipment deemed unacceptable by the Owner due to, but not limited to, odor, unsightliness, deterioration, mechanical breakdown, or due to any internal program changes. • Provide compactors with the capability of being locked from the outside.
