• One firm for the provision of Pest Control Services for the GWCCA managed facilities: Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, and all Parking Decks. • Any omissions from these specifications and supplemental specifications of any details or descriptions concerning any point, product, or service shall be regarded as meaning that only the best commercial practices are to prevail, and only services of the highest standards are required. Interpretations of these specifications shall be made upon the basis of the preceding statement during award consideration. • Furnish all chemicals, rodenticides, insecticides, equipment and labor. • Service shall include, but not be limited to clean-out and control of pests such as rats, mice, roaches, flies, weevils, bed bugs, lice, fleas, ants, silverfish, wasps, crickets, spider (including black widow), scorpions, bees, mites, carpet beetles, moths, and termites in buildings and immediately surrounding exterior of all buildings. • Additional services such as mosquito treatments shall be made available (but not required) for purchase at a contract-specified type and rate. • An initial full crack and crevice spraying shall be performed and provided quarterly at no additional charge. • All buildings inclusive of interior and exterior service areas, loading docks, and waste collection areas shall be inspected and treated as needed, using accepted Integrated Pest Management Techniques, at no additional cost to the Owner for the eradication and preventive control of the above- named rodents, arachnids, and insects. • The Contractor shall provide removal of wildlife to include but not limited to birds, bats, possums, cats, and snakes. Upon request of the Owner, Contractor shall respond within an eighthour period to assess premises to identify wildlife presence, provide humane trapping method, and ensure safe and appropriate removal of captured wildlife in accordance with local regulations
