The purpose of this project is to construct Phase I of the Algoma Park Improvement Project. The proposed project includes a 16 court pickleball complex, parking lot, and playground. The Bemidji Pickleball Club is committed to assist with fundraising for construction of the project. The Algoma Improvements Include (Concept attached): • Pickleball Complex on West side of park (16 courts, fencing, striping plans and amenities) • Parking Lot/new access drive connecting to Algoma Street to the south • Coordination with the playground designer; including site the playground based on survey and include the concreate border and grading show on plans as part of the final design package. City will engage playground designer and installation of playground
