1. Advice concerning whether, when and how to solicit pricing requests for the procurement of energy, including whether to solicit traditional proposals or proposals through an on-line reverse auction, the type of pricing to be sought (e.g., fixed price, variable price or a combination thereof), the length of contracts, and the timing for receipt of bids. 2. Assembly of historical and/or projected usage data for inclusion in pricing proposal package specifications or for other purposes. 3. Dissemination of bid packages to prospective respondents. 4. Review of bids. 5. Recommendations regarding the acceptance or rejection of pricing proposals. 6. Advice on when and how to employ fixed pricing and when and how to employ Variable or Component pricing during a contract, if applicable. 7. Advice concerning statutory and regulatory developments. 8. As requested by the Shared Services Entity, periodic review of Shared Services Entity electric and natural gas bills to confirm that Shared Services Entity accounts are billed in accordance with the contract terms. 9. Advice and assistance concerning the procurement of renewable energy and cogeneration projects, including assistance with the preparation of procurement documents, evaluation of qualifications and administration of contracts. 10. Advice with respect to any Shared Services Entity Energy Master Plan.
