Task #2: Horizontal opening 76547 – BAT GATE Feature 76547 is an adit with a portal about 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall; adit passage opens larger inside. The adit is in a drainage approximately 200 feet below and 600 feet west of an open route; this road is rough in places. An angle-iron bat gate shall be installed in conformance with Figure 2 and the associated Required Variations provided on the page subsequent the Construction Drawing, along with the following: • The bat gate shall have a removable bar. • The bat gate shall have a tortoise door.
