Serve as Counsel for the Cumberland County Planning Board, which meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey. Counsel shall represent the Board at these meetings and at other meetings/venues at which it may require representation. Counsel may be required to meet with other County Officials and/or the Board of County Commissioners when so requested. Perform legal work necessary for processing development review applications, right-of-way easements, drainage easements, etc. Provide legal consultation regarding the County Planning Act and Municipal Land Use Law. Conduct Development Review Committee meetings and Planning Board meetings.
