• Refine programmatic requirements and prepare detailed space data sheets. • Schematic Design • Life cycle cost analysis and evaluation of various alternative energy conserving options (consistent with County guidelines for designing energy efficient buildings) • Design Development • Interior Design (furniture, signage, finishes, etc.) • Preparation of Construction and other bidding packages identified below. • Bidding Phase Assistance. • Follow Wake County’s Energy Design and Management Guidelines • Construction Administration and periodic inspections. • Obtaining approvals of governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the project. • Participate in building system commissioning (Cx agent separate consultant) • Cost Estimating • Project Close-out Assistance including warranty phase administration. • All other services customarily furnished by a design team on similar projects and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Standard County Agreement for Professional Services.
