Minot State University seeks to establish a contract for food service management that delivers a high level of food service for students, faculty, and staff, that aligns with the University’s mission and purpose. The campus dining experience is a key component to life at Minot State University. It is important for the Offerors to understand that the University desires a dining service that provides venues that foster excitement and community, while serving quality, nutritious food. The Offeror’s proposal is to be based on providing the personnel and service to manage, operate, direct, supervise and promote Minot State University’s dining services to the best of its ability as set forth in the specifications of the contract during the term of the contract.
